1. The Design Process

Our journey together begins with a personalized consultation to understand your vision. Following this, we will craft initial digital proofs for your review. Your package includes a specified number of revisions to ensure every detail aligns perfectly with your expectations. Additional revisions beyond the agreed-upon amount may incur an extra fee, which will be communicated transparently.

2. Payment

To initiate your bespoke design project, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total project cost is required. This secures your place in our design schedule and allows us to begin the creative process. The remaining 50% balance is due upon your final approval of the design and before any printing commences. Payments can be made via secured online invoice.

3. Proofing & Approval

You are responsible for thoroughly proofreading all digital proofs provided, including all text, spelling, grammar, punctuation, colors, and layout. Your written approval is required before any designs are sent to print. Mary G Reis is not liable for any errors or omissions discovered after final approval and printing. No refunds or reprints will be issued for errors approved by the client.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Should you need to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible. The initial 50% deposit is non-refundable. If cancellation occurs after design work has commenced but before final approval, any additional payments made will be considered against the work completed at our hourly rate, and the remainder may be refunded at our discretion. Once designs are approved and sent to print, the order cannot be cancelled, and no refunds will be issued.

5. Copyright

All original designs, artwork, and elements created by Mary G Reis for your stationery project remain the intellectual property of Mary G Reis. While you receive an exclusive license to use the final printed materials for your personal wedding event, the underlying design files and concepts cannot be reproduced, resold, or used for other purposes without explicit written consent. Mary G Reis reserves the right to use elements of your custom design in our portfolio, on social media, or for other promotional purposes.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Once printed, your exquisite stationery will be carefully packaged and shipped to the address provided during the final approval stage. Shipping timelines vary depending on destination and carrier. Mary G Reis is not responsible for delays or damage incurred during transit. We recommend adding shipping insurance for valuable orders. Duties and customs fees for international shipments are the sole responsibility of the client.
